WHERE WE COME FROM
The Bellevue concept was born in September 2004. A first demo was semifinalist at the Acústica contest in November 2004, which was interpreted as a sign of interest in Bellevue's music. Ten new songs were composed and arranged in 2005, and from winter 2005 to spring 2006 Bellevue was part of Barcelona's most hidden indie scene, playing at Magic, Big Bang, Potitos and Tres Torres.
In the summer of 2006, two members of the band moved to London and Tokyo, and this meant a long break - but also a creative period that has resulted in new songs. The band got back together in January 2007, but soon after the two "travelling" members of Bellevue moved to Madrid. Since then, the band has rehearsed though the Internet. In July 2009, Bellevue has recorded a demo at Blind Records, and is looking forward to hitting the road!
